As their global presence expands, we're seeking a strategic and hands-on Web Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of thier marketing website ecosystem.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a skilled Web Product Manager to take ownership of the corporate website and its connected web properties. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the roadmap, setting priorities for new features and improvements, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver a scalable, high-performing, and localized user experience.

The position combines digital product strategy, user experience design, marketing alignment, and day-to-day platform management.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Define and own the website roadmap, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical capabilities.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between marketing, design, engineering, and external vendors.
  • Prioritize and manage the web backlog, using data and stakeholder input to drive decisions.
  • Lead discovery, scoping, and planning for new website features and improvements.

Cross Functional Delivery

  • Collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams to deliver high-quality web experiences.
  • Manage website projects from concept to deployment, ensuring clear timelines, quality standards, and business alignment.
  • Drive experiments and test hypotheses to improve conversion, engagement, and navigation.

Localization & Regionalization

  • Oversee a multi-lingual, multi-regional website experience that scales with our international audience.
  • Manage translation workflows, governance, and consistency across localized versions.
  • Ensure the global site structure supports regional marketing strategies and local user needs.

Platform & Technical Oversight

  • Manage the web stack: Webflow, and HubSpot (for marketing automation)
  • Ensure integrations with marketing and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics) are stable and effective
  • Coordinate with developers and vendors to maintain security, performance, and technical scalability

UX, SEO & Analytics

  • Champion user experience and usability across all website journeys
  • Apply working knowledge of SEO best practices to influence content and structural decisions Ownership and accountability for site performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hotjar
  • Use data to inform roadmap priorities, measure success, and report on impact

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in a digital product, web, or marketing technology role
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or owner of a website or web platform
  • Strong familiarity with Webflow, and HubSpot
  • Experience managing multi-lingual and regionally customized websites
  • Ability to define product requirements, write briefs/stories, and manage a development backlog
  • Comfort working with UX/design teams and understanding of usability principles
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing website migrations
  • Working knowledge of SEO and web analytics
