Kane Selection Ltd is representing a nationally recognised dealer of Crushing, Screening and Washing Systems. Due to continued success and expansion, our client is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales across North & West Central Florida. This is a key role covering equipment sales, rentals, parts, and service for advanced aggregate processing solutions.

About the Opportunity

This is a high-impact sales role within a growing territory. The successful candidate will:

  • Take full ownership of North & West Central Florida (from Lafayette down to Polk County), and drive sales efforts across the region
  • Build and develop customer relationships in quarrying, aggregates, recycling, mulch and soil production, and road construction
  • Promote a full line of crushers, screeners, conveyors, washing systems, and supporting equipment
  • Work closely with internal teams and OEM partners to ensure customer satisfaction and technical support
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to long-term solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals across equipment, parts, rentals, and service
  • Develop distributor relationships while expanding the company’s regional presence
  • Monitor the market environment to identify new opportunities and growth areas
  • Coordinate closely with the main office and field service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain knowledge of aggregate system planning software such as AggFlow and standard applications like Microsoft Office

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven sales experience in crushers, screeners and/or washing systems
  • Background working for a dealer and/or manufacturer within the industry
  • Strong mechanical/engineering aptitude with the ability to understand machinery operations and troubleshoot issues
  • A self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a diverse customer base
  • Willingness to travel extensively within North & West Central Florida to meet clients and grow market share
  • Location within North & West Central Florida preferred
