Kane Selection Ltd is representing a nationally recognised Material Processing and Environmental Equipment dealer. Due to continued growth in its crushing and screening division, our client is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop and grow business in the Miami, FL region. You will be responsible for equipment sales, rentals, parts, and service across the company’s Aggregate equipment line.

Our client represents a portfolio of internationally recognised manufacturers across the crushing, screening, and material processing sectors. Their equipment range includes mobile and stationary crushers, screens, conveyors, trommels, and wash plants used across quarrying, aggregate production, recycling, and infrastructure projects. Operating across 14 states, the company supports customers in quarry operations, aggregate production, construction materials processing, recycling, and road construction.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a large and active territory while representing some of the most respected brands in the aggregate processing industry. The successful candidate will work closely with quarry operators, contractors, recycling facilities, and material producers, helping them identify the right processing equipment solutions while expanding the company’s footprint across the region.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of aggregate material processing equipment and a clear understanding of how these products are sold and supported within quarrying, construction, and recycling markets.

Territory & Market Focus:

• Territory covering South Florida with a strong base of existing customers and future growth potential

• Equipment solutions focused on crushing, screening, conveying, and washing systems

• Customers include quarries, aggregate producers, contractors, recycling operators, and material processing facilities

• Opportunity to grow equipment, rental, parts, and service revenue across the region

Language Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as engineering drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

• Ability to communicate clearly with employees, external vendors, and management

• A strong self-motivator with excellent communication skills

• Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong engineering and mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand equipment operation and troubleshoot system issues

• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory

• Meet established sales quotas, revenue goals, and expense allowances to support the regional business plan

• Professionally communicate and coordinate with central office support staff on a regular basis

• Monitor the market environment to identify new sales opportunities

• Possess strong practical judgement and the ability to react quickly to unexpected circumstances

• Work effectively at pace with a strong sense of urgency

The ideal candidate will have:

• Two to five years of experience selling aggregate processing or heavy equipment

• Knowledge of crushers, screens, conveyors, wash plants, and supporting aggregate machinery

• Excellent interpersonal abilities and strong communication skills

• Team player with a strong focus on responsive customer support

• Competency in standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, with familiarity in typical aggregate system planning software such as AggFlow
