A respected capital equipment dealer is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales across the state of Wisconsin. This new position will focus on introducing advanced environmental machinery solutions into a developing market with long-term potential.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, permanent position offering long-term career growth. Full training and support will be provided. The company values trust, initiative, and a hands-on, customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the Wisconsin territory and drive sales efforts across the state
  • Build relationships with customers in recycling, organics, and wood waste processing
  • Develop and manage a diverse pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams and OEM reps to ensure product knowledge and customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to long-term solutions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Sales experience in environmental or aggregate equipment
  • A self-starting attitude with the ability to manage a large, uncultivated territory
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • The willingness to learn, be coached, and stay product-focused
  • Location within Wisconsin preferred (Saint Paul or nearby areas also considered)
