A well-respected Capital Equipment dealer is seeking for a Sales & Operations Manager to lead and grow their Alaska operations. This is a hybrid role that blends strategic sales leadership with operational oversight, ideal for a proven leader who can drive performance and manage complexity in a geographically unique and logistically challenging market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Alaska team across both sales and operations functions
- Own regional P&L and drive sustainable growth across multiple revenue streams
- Oversee field service, parts, and customer support operations
- Build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Set and execute territory strategy while aligning with broader company goals
- Develop local talent, manage performance, and foster a high-accountability culture
- Work closely with senior leadership to scale and mature the Alaska business unit
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in capital equipment, industrial sales, or related heavy industries
- Proven track record of managing teams across operations and sales
- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics in Alaska or remote industrial locations
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in full P&L responsibility
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
