Overview

As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our sales process. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Product teams to deliver compelling demonstrations, address technical requirements, and support prospective clients in evaluating our solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM or VDC, who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify client needs and craft tailored solution presentations.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations with EVOLVE software, focusing on common industry workflows.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales engagements, answering RFI's and addressing detailed technical inquiries.
  • Support Proof of Concepts (POCs), onboarding pilots, and trial engagements to ensure a successful evaluation process.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in MEP design, coordination, or VDC workflows using BIM tools (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, EVOLVE (preferred), etc.).
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, construction documentation, and clash detection/coordination.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into clear business value propositions.
