Kane Selection is partnering with a fast-growing construction technology company using AI, automation, and project data to help contractors, developers, and infrastructure teams improve visibility, reduce risk, and make better decisions across major construction projects.

Due to continued growth, they are hiring a commercially driven sales professional to take ownership of a high-value territory with existing market traction, strong enterprise potential, and significant opportunity across contractors, developers, and infrastructure organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and account expansion
  • Managing and growing enterprise accounts across the Northeast market
  • Building relationships with operations teams, project managers, executives, and key decision-makers
  • Selling consultatively into contractors, developers, and infrastructure organisations
  • Driving outbound business development and strategic account growth
  • Managing complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes
  • Working closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure customer adoption and long-term growth
  • Building pipeline and consistently hitting revenue targets across ARR and account expansion
  • Positioning AI and analytics solutions in a way that connects directly to operational and commercial outcomes
  • Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling complex software solutions into enterprise customers
  • Experience owning full-cycle sales processes from prospecting through expansion
  • Strong consultative sales approach
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Consistent track record hitting quota and revenue targets
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Strong commercial communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who can operate with urgency and autonomy
