An established and fast-growing dealer in aggregate equipment (crushers, screeners, conveyors) is seeking a Regional Parts Manager to take full ownership of its multi-location parts operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to drive performance across teams, vendors, and supply chains along the East Coast of the USA.

- Lead all parts operations across multiple sites, overseeing inventory, logistics, supply chain, and vendor management.
- Collaborate closely with sales and procurement to forecast demand and ensure stock levels meet customer and service needs.
- Coach and lead a team of Parts Managers and Coordinators, building accountability, speed, and service.
- Strengthen vendor relationships, secure competitive pricing, and improve delivery performance.
- Oversee order processing, quote generation, warranty claims, and returns.
- Continuously improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
Requirements
- Solid track record in parts leadership, ideally in aggregate, construction, or heavy equipment dealerships.
- Deep understanding of inventory control, procurement, vendor negotiations, and logistics.
- Strong leadership presence, with experience managing people and performance across locations.
- Comfortable using inventory management platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willing and able to relocate to the Richmond, VA area – full relocation support provided.
