Position: Outside Rental Sales Representative

Location: Greater Houston / Katy, TX

Salary: Base + Commission / OTE $150K+ / First-Year Guarantee Available

Start Date: Immediate

You know the Houston contractor market. You know which accounts rent and how much they spend. This seat is open territory in one of the country's biggest construction markets, backed by a strong fleet and a sales team already generating rental leads for you.

Outside rental sales covering Greater Houston and Katy. You are developing contractor relationships, growing rental revenue through new business and existing accounts, and handing equipment purchase leads to the wider sales team. New branches, new fleet, lucrative commission plan, there's no better rental opportunity in Houston right now.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Active Houston-area contractor relationships with proven new business potential
  • Construction equipment rental or outside equipment sales experience
  • Verified rental revenue track record, ready to produce from day one
  • Self-sufficient pipeline management, no hand-holding required
  • Knowledge of compact equipment, earthmoving or general construction rental
  • Based in Greater Houston and willing to travel the territory
