We seek an experienced General Manager to lead operations at a newly constructed plant in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role is pivotal to the success of a significant new venture, requiring a seasoned (construction or mining) professional who can build and manage plant operations while navigating challenges and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
As GM, you will:
- Build and lead a capable team, recruiting key personnel such as site managers, operators, technicians, and professionals from the sales and service industries.
- Take full responsibility for operational performance, focusing on achieving commercial targets and efficiency goals.
- Navigate the complexities of setting up operations from scratch, leveraging your expertise to address challenges and deliver results.
- Report directly to senior leadership, regularly updating progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Drive the plant’s success while focusing on cost savings and efficiency, such as reducing transportation distances for processed materials.
The ideal candidate will have:

- Extensive experience building and managing plant operations, preferably in the construction and mining aggregate sectors.
