Kane Selection Ltd is representing one of the largest American Dealerships in Material Processing. This company is internationally recognised as a leading crushing, screening, and trailer provider.

Due to its success and expansion, our client is looking for a Field Service Technician to join their expanding service team. This is a critical field-based role providing on-site service and repair support for crushing and screening equipment across the region.

About the Opportunity

This is an active service territory, requiring a technician who can operate independently while delivering high quality customer support.

The successful candidate will:

  • Serve as a key service contact for customers across your assigned territory
  • Provide on site diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of crushing & screening equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Build strong relationships with customers through reliable service delivery
  • Travel to customer sites across North Carolina
  • Work closely with internal service and parts teams to ensure efficient job completion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on customer equipment at job sites
  • Diagnose faults across engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Respond to breakdowns and minimise equipment downtime
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Hands-on experience working on aggregate, construction, or heavy equipment
  • Strong diagnostic ability across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Full driver’s license and willingness to travel
