A well-established Heavy Construction CE Dealer is seeking a seasoned Field Service Technician to join its growing team. This position plays a vital role in providing high-quality repair and diagnostic services to customers in Des Moines, IA and surrounding areas, with occasional dispatch to other areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Technician, you will:
- CDL
- Solid experience in troubleshooting and repairing issues related to engines, drivelines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Vast experience in performing diagnostics and repairs on-site to minimise downtime for customers.
- Clear success in delivering work to the highest quality standards, always ensuring safety and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of five (5) years of mechanical experience.
- Technical or trade school background (preferred).
- The ability to work independently, responsibly, and with attention to detail.
- Your own complete tooling to carry out necessary repairs.
- A mindset focused on action, continuous improvement, and respect in customer and team interactions.
