Kane Selection Ltd is proud to represent a globally recognised manufacturer of aggregate and sand washing plants. Due to continued growth and strategic expansion across Canada, they are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive development across Ontario.
About the Role:
As Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of sales growth across Ontario. You will be responsible for delivering annual revenue targets, strengthening market presence, and identifying long-term strategic opportunities within the aggregate and sand washing sector.
This is a consultative, capital equipment sales role with long sales cycles, technical engagement, and high-value projects.

Achieve Revenue Targets
Take ownership of Ontario sales performance. Develop and execute a clear territory strategy to meet and exceed annual revenue goals.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with quarry owners, contractors, producers, and decision-makers. Understand their operational challenges and position tailored material processing solutions.
Lead Generation
Identify and convert new business opportunities across the province. Manage both immediate project requirements and longer-term capital investment cycles.
Market Analysis
Monitor industry activity, competitors, and regional trends. Use data and insight to shape your sales approach and pipeline development.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, project management, and after-sales teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
Proven Capital Equipment Sales Experience
Strong track record selling high-value equipment within material processing, aggregates, washing plants, or heavy construction equipment.
Ontario Market Knowledge
An established network within the Ontario aggregates or heavy equipment market is highly desirable.
Location
Must be based in Ontario, ideally close to Toronto, or willing to relocate.
Commercial and Technical Capability
Comfortable handling consultative sales discussions involving technical plant solutions and commercial negotiations.
Strong Communication Skills
Able to influence stakeholders at operational and executive levels.
